Refund Policy

1. CORE REVERSAL CRITERIA

Capital allocations made to the Network are considered non-refundable commitments. Reversals are permitted strictly under proven infrastructural failure:

  • System Delivery Failure: Complete platform failure to route validated assets to third-party endpoints.
  • Redundant Billing: Confirmed duplicate ledger charges for the same transaction ID.
  • Unauthorized Access: Verified unauthorized charges supported by official banking fraud reports.
  • System Accounting Glitch: Confirmed internal billing ledger errors.

2. NON-REVERSIBLE TRANSACTIONS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Zero refunds are granted under the following operational states:

  • Deployed Releases: Any track, stem, or asset already delivered to streaming platforms (DSPs) or telecom carriers.
  • Subscriptions: Recurring access, membership, or platform maintenance fees, regardless of cancellation date.
  • Metadata Rejections: Releases rejected by DSPs for invalid ISRC, UPC, formatting, or DDEX tagging errors.
  • Intermediary Surcharges: Third-party gateway, wire, currency conversion, or interchange fees.
  • Platform Infractions & Takedowns: Takedowns, rejections, or suspensions due to copyright strikes, AI voice abuse, catalog spam, or terms violations.

3. MANDATORY ESCALATION TIMELINE

4. SUMMARY DENIALS

No refunds will be authorized for:

  • Change of mind, project cancellation, or internal operational restructuring.
  • Dissatisfaction with streaming numbers, playlist placement, or algorithmic distribution reach.
  • Early termination of active accounts or prepaid tiers.

5. JURISDICTION & VENUE

This policy is governed under the statutory laws of India. All legal actions and financial disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana – 502032, India.
